We’ll ask about the entrance, parking area and when guests are likely to arrive.

A little about our approach
Every venue is different. We plan for yours.
Share your date and an estimate of the cars, and we can talk through the team your event needs.
Not sure what to ask for? Call us. We’re happy to talk through the setup before you decide.
What we handle
Service built for real Kerala events.
Weddings
We help organise guest arrivals around your venue layout and the busy moments before the ceremony.
Hotels & resorts
Make room at the entrance for check-ins, event guests and the everyday flow of the property.
Healthcare
Considerate support for patients, families and visitors arriving at a busy hospital entrance.
How it works
Three steps, one comfortable experience.
01
Arrival
We greet the guest, record the handover and direct the car to the agreed parking area.
02
During the event
The team stays on-site and keeps track of vehicles as guests arrive and leave.
03
Retrieval
Guests hand over their token and the team brings the vehicle back to the pickup point.
